Cancellation Policy
There is no fee for cancellation with at least 24 hours notice.
No-shows or cancellations less than 24 hours before scheduled pick up time will be subject to a 20% fee (excluding special events).
Special Event Cancellations:
30 days prior to a special event: no cancellation fee
14 days prior: 50% fee
7 days prior: not permitted
Special events include El Tour de Tucson, 24 Hours in the Old Pueblo, etc.
Our Retail Store is CLOSED on Sunday. Please call at 520-884-9018 to make arrangements for Sunday drop-off, or return the bike on Monday at 9:00am sharp.
