FitWorks Cycling provides professional bike fitting at Fair Wheel Bikes’ Park Avenue Studio. Sessions are designed to help riders improve comfort, efficiency, positioning, and confidence on the bike while addressing common setup problems caused by a mismatched riding position.

A FitWorks fitting blends biomechanics, functional movement, rider feedback, and practical on-bike adjustments. The goal is not just to match a number or chart, but to create a position that works for the way you ride, the bike you use, and the problems you are trying to solve.
Meet Kurt Rosenquist
Kurt Rosenquist is the founder of FitWorks Cycling. He began cycling in the early 1980s and entered the bike industry in 1986, working across shop roles and as a cycling shop owner.
Certified by Ben Serotta in the early 1990s, Kurt has completed approximately 7,000 bike fits. His focus is solving real rider problems: comfort, sustainability, efficiency, and confidence on the bike.

What’s Included
Comprehensive Session
Typical appointments run 2–3 hours and combine rider assessment, on-bike analysis, adjustments, and feedback.
Contact Points
Saddle position, cockpit reach and stack, handlebar placement, cleat interface, and overall rider balance.
Rider Position
Fit work is built around how your body moves, how you ride, and what you need from the bike.
Comfort & Efficiency
A sustainable riding position can help reduce strain in common hotspots such as knees, back, neck, shoulders, and hands.
Road, Gravel & MTB
Fit sessions are suitable for road, gravel, mountain, triathlon, and everyday riders.
Practical Adjustments
The goal is a position that makes sense on the bike, not just a static measurement.
Duration & Fee
Fittings are typically 2–3 hours at $125 per hour. Complex cases may take longer. Follow-up adjustments may be brief depending on what is needed.

- Gloves, if you ride with them
- Hydration pack, if used
- Aero helmet for triathlon or time-trial fits
