FREE SHIPPING

Domestic: Fair Wheel Bikes offers free shipping to the continental U.S. on orders over $150. Oversized items such as frames, bikes, and rims may be excluded. Shipping method may be either USPS or FedEx and will be determined by Fair Wheel Bikes.

 

SHIPPING TERMS AND RATES

All USPS and FedEx Ground orders placed before 9:00 AM MST will ship the same day. FedEx Express (Select, 2 Day, and Next Day) orders placed before 2:00 PM MST will also ship on the same day. Orders placed after these deadlines will ship on the next business day. Saturday delivery may be available, but only for orders placed over the phone.

Shipping rates on our website are calculated by FedEx using our discounted rates. Shipping times will vary depending on location and delivery estimates are only estimates and not a guarantee of delivery time, except in the case of overnight orders which are guaranteed by FedEx for next day delivery.

Shipping delays for international orders are common, and not under our control. Especially for USPS First Class, lengthy delays should be assumed. For time-sensitive international orders, we strongly recommend FedEx International options.

 

RISK OF LOSS / FOREIGN SHIPMENTS

You acknowledge and agree that all items purchased from us are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

If you request that we ship an item to a country outside the U.S. you acknowledge and agree that those shipments may be subject to taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of the shipment is responsible for all import levies.

 

RETURN POLICY

At Fair Wheel Bikes, we're dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction. If you are not happy with an item, if it arrived damaged, or if it does not match your order, we will gladly take it back without any restocking fees. Just make sure the item is in new, resellable condition with all original packaging.

Special order or custom items are typically non-returnable, but we will always strive to find a fair solution. Returns must be unused, with no signs of installation, and include undamaged, original packaging.

If the return is due to our error, we will provide a shipping label via email or mail. For international returns or other situations where a return label is not available, we will reimburse your shipping costs if approved by us in advance. Sometimes, we may request digital pictures of the item instead of a return.

• Exchanges: Contact us directly if you would like to request an exchange of product. Please feel free to order the correct item at your convenience which will be temporarily billed to you and when the old item is returned it will be processed for a refund.
• Refund Policy: All refunds will be applied to the original purchaser's credit card once the returned item has been inspected by Fair Wheel Bikes to insure that it is unused, uninstalled, and in original new condition along with the full retail packaging. Fair Wheel Bikes has a 60 day return/refund policy. Beyond 60 days returns will be accepted only at the discretion of Fair Wheel Bikes for either store credit or an exchange.

 

ONLINE RETURN PROCESS:

To request a return:

1. 1. Log into the website, then go to My Account.
   2. Go to Completed Orders, then click Return Item(s) next to their item.
   3. Fill out the following items on the return request:
      -Quantity to return
      -Return reason
      -Return action optional
      -Comments optional
   4. Click Submit Return Request.

You'll receive an email right away to let you know we've received your request.  Once we process the request you'll get another email stating if the request was approved.  Follow the link in this email to get your Return #.   Make sure to write this number on the outside of the box when shipping it back to us.

 

MANUAL RETURN PROCESS:

To return an item simply print and complete the return form and send the item back to us with the return form.
