Payment Terms

All prices are shown in U.S. Dollars. Fair Wheel Bikes accepts approved payment methods available during checkout. Deposits may be required for special-order products, custom bicycles, wheel builds, and non-stock items. Applicable taxes are collected according to federal, state, and local regulations.

Warranties

Warranty claims are governed by the policies of the respective manufacturers. Shipping costs associated with warranty claims are generally not covered by manufacturers and are the responsibility of the customer. Fair Wheel Bikes acts as a third party between customers and manufacturers and will assist customers in resolving warranty claims as efficiently as possible, but final warranty decisions remain with the manufacturer.

Refund Policy

Refunds are issued to the original method of payment after returned merchandise has been inspected and verified to be unused, uninstalled, and accompanied by original packaging. Fair Wheel Bikes maintains a 60-day return policy for most products. Beyond 60 days, returns may be accepted at the sole discretion of Fair Wheel Bikes for exchange or store credit. Special Orders & Custom Builds

Certain products, complete bicycles, wheel builds, and custom configurations are ordered or assembled specifically for individual customers. Lead times may vary and deposits may be required. Once components have been ordered or assembly has begun, cancellations, changes, and returns may be limited or unavailable.
