Meet Kurt Rosenquist
Kurt Rosenquist is the founder of FitWorks Cycling. He began cycling in the early ’80s and entered the bike industry in 1986, working across shop roles and as a cycling shop owner.
Certified by Ben Serotta in the early ’90s, Kurt has completed approximately 7,000 bike fits. His focus is solving real rider problems—comfort, sustainability, and efficiency—so you leave feeling clear, confident, and ready to ride.

What’s Included
Comprehensive Session
Typical appointments run 2–3 hours and combine assessment, on-bike analysis, and rider feedback.
Contact Points & Alignment
Saddle position, cockpit reach/stack, cleat interface, and overall balance—built around how your body moves.
Comfort, Efficiency, Injury Reduction
A position you can sustain—less strain in common hotspots (knees, back, neck, hands) and more stability on the bike.
Duration & Fee
Fittings are typically 2–3 hours at $125 per hour. Complex cases may take longer. Follow-up adjustments may be brief depending on what’s needed.
