Ashima Ai2 Super Light Rotor

The Ai2 Super Light is Ashima’s minimalist, single-piece rotor engineered from SUS410 stainless steel with extensive weight-relief cut-outs. Precision laser machining and double-ground braking faces promote parallelism, rapid bed-in, and stable friction. The Ai2 prioritizes low mass for responsive acceleration and reduced rotating weight while preserving consistent stopping on road, gravel, CX, and XC applications. Available in 140 and 160 mm, and supplied with six steel rotor bolts.

Install notes: Degrease rotor, use medium threadlocker on bolt threads, tighten in a star pattern to hub/rotor maker torque spec, and bed-in per caliper manufacturer guidance.
