Ashima AiNeon Disc Brake Rotor

The Ashima AiNeon Rotor is a two-piece disc rotor that builds on the success of the Ai2 while improving performance for larger rotor sizes. It uses a SUS410 stainless-steel braking surface mated to a 7075-T6 alloy carrier, reducing overall mass while maintaining stiffness and heat stability. Enlarged cut-outs reduce weight and increase airflow, while the alloy carrier helps manage thermal expansion to maintain braking consistency under load.

Available in 140, 160, and 180 mm sizes, the AiNeon achieves impressive weights: ~67 g (140), ~78 g (160), and ~101 g (180). Each rotor ships with six anodized 7075 alloy bolts with locking washers (~6 g) for secure installation.

Install notes: Degrease rotor, use medium threadlocker on bolt threads, tighten in a star pattern to hub/rotor maker torque spec, and bed-in per caliper manufacturer guidance.
