Aethos2 Flat Bar Townie

Doing truly unique builds is what we do here at Fair Wheel. Come have a look at this Aethos2 we just built up as a super light hybrid.
Someone came to us with a simple request that we couldn't turn down: build an uber light weight hybrid to cruise downtown with. Make it functionably light weight, with exotic parts, and make it be something that no one else has. I can safely say 'mission accomplished'. Specialized Aethos2
Schmolke TLO low rise bar paired with an Extralite Hyperstem.
We have been loving these Leap Components wireless blip mounts.
Extralite Hyperplug. A hollow bar end plug 3D printed from super light SLS nylon.
Hope XCR Pro X2 Brake. Seeing as how this bike was going to get ridden only on flat ground as a 'downtown hybrid' we opted for just a single brake to play into the lightweight nature of the build.
MCFK full carbon saddle. Carbon-Ti X-Clamp.
Grigion Carbonio T1000 crankset. Carbon-Ti X-Single 34t chainring.
Nothing says light weight and bomb proof like Tactic hubs. We had them laced up with Berd spokes, because who doesnt like dyneema fibers?
Panaracer Agilest tires.
SRAM Red AXS E-tap 12 speed set-up. We went with a 10-26 cassette since hills will be minimal on the riders downtown excursions.

This was a special build in that I can honestly say this is a one of a kind: an ultralight Aethos hybrid with a single brake.
Final weight was 9.6lbs.
