The Extralite HyperPlug Handlebar End Caps redefine minimalism in finishing hardware. Weighing as little as ~0.75g per plug, these bar ends are 3D-printed in Italy using SLS nylon technology for exceptional strength-to-weight performance.

Available in MTB, Road, and Road HD versions, HyperPlugs are designed to match the needs of every weight-focused build. The MTB model provides a sealed, durable fit for flat bars, while the Road version delivers a closed, aerodynamic finish for bar tape cut flush at the bar edge. The Road HD variant includes an open cavity to allow tape to fold inside for a traditional wrap style with reinforced support.
