The Extralite HyperStem Titanium Replacement Bolts are designed as original replacement hardware specifically for the Extralite HyperStem, HyperStealth, and HyperStem 1.25. Manufactured to the original specifications, these titanium fasteners provide the correct fit, clamping performance, and reliability intended for Extralite stems.
Current-production HyperStem models use M4 × 12 mm T15 Torx titanium bolts, replacing the earlier T20 M4 hardware found on previous generations. These replacement bolts are designed exclusively for Extralite stems and should not be used on products from other manufacturers.
Compatibility Notes
Some earlier HyperStem models use a combination of four M4 bolts and two M5 bolts. If your stem requires replacement M5 hardware, or if you are unsure which generation of HyperStem you own, please contact us before ordering so we can confirm the correct replacement hardware.
Using genuine Extralite replacement bolts helps maintain the original clamp design, fit, and performance of your stem. Because these bolts are engineered specifically for Extralite stems, they are not recommended for use on stems from other manufacturers.
Compatible Components
These replacement bolts are designed for the Extralite HyperStem, HyperStealth Aero Stem, and HyperStem 1.25. When installing new hardware, we recommend using a calibrated torque wrench with the correct T15 Torx bit and following Extralite's specified tightening torque.
