The 0-Aero is Chaser Sports’ lightweight aerodynamic disc brake rotor, designed for high-performance road and time trial applications. The rotor’s carbon structure is formed using one-piece hot-press molding with Toray T800 carbon fiber, creating a strong and exceptionally lightweight core.
To further enhance stiffness and structural integrity, the backside of the rotor features reinforcing ribs that increase strength without adding unnecessary weight.
The braking surface is constructed from heat-treated SUS420 stainless steel, providing excellent resistance to deformation while improving durability and wear resistance for consistent braking performance.
Options:
Available in 140 mm and 160 mm diameters. Lockring included.
