With the latest generation of the 240 hub, the strengths of DT Swiss' legendary hub have been further enhanced. The latest Ratchet EXP freehub system increases the bearing lifetime thanks to the increased bearing distance which also increases stiffness by a claimed 15%. Further machining has lightened the hub even more than the previous generation. The latest version of the end caps simplifies the tool-free disassembly and makes maintenance easier.
