The Gelu R-1 is an lightweight carbon saddle weighing in at under 60g. Its reinforced carbon shell features extended, oversized rails for increased adjustment range and durability, with a continuous rail structure extending beneath the nose.
A reinforced teardrop-shaped central cutout reduces perineal pressure while maintaining shell stiffness. Integrated mounting depressions, reinforced cutout edges, and a rear structural carbon blade further increase rigidity and durability.
