The Rox NePlusUltra rim strip is a durability-focused evolution of the SuperDutE rim strip, using Kevlar construction for improved toughness while adding only approximately 1.5 grams per wheel. An adhesive backing helps keep the strip positioned on the rim bed during installation and long-term use.
Rim strips are designed to cover spoke holes and rim-bed features that can damage tubes or compromise tubeless systems. They do not protect against punctures caused by debris outside the tire. The NePlusUltra strip is intended for reliable long-term use on road, cyclocross, and mountain wheels.
