The Cane Creek G4 eeBrake Regular Mount is engineered for frames with standard single‑bolt direct-brake bosses. Weighing ~85.3 g front and ~83.7 g rear, G4 retains full performance with slightly higher mass than the direct‑mount variant yet remains class-leading.
Built from 100% CNC‑machined aluminum (7075‑T6), titanium, and stainless steel, G4 brings the same advanced engineering—including improved caliper stiffness from thinner bushings, redesigned arch spring, and titanium barrel adjuster—as the direct mount model.
The patented tool‑free notch‑and‑groove pad carrier system allows ultra-fast pad changes without tools—carbon rim pads included, aluminum‑rim pads sold separately. It also features aerodynamic cross‑cable routing and a pivoting cable adjuster for friction‑free, consistent actuation.
Compatible with 19–28 mm rim widths (max tire size approx. 30–31 mm) and short‑reach levers (39–49 mm reach), optimized for Shimano, SRAM, and Campagnolo road levers.
