Cane Creek G4 eeBrake Regular Mount is a lightweight road rim brake caliper for frames using standard single-bolt brake mounts. With claimed weights of approximately 85.3g front and 83.7g rear, it remains one of the benchmark options for riders building or maintaining high-end rim brake road bikes.
The G4 design uses CNC-machined aluminum with titanium and stainless steel hardware, combining low weight with strong braking feel, clean cable routing, tool-free centering, and quick pad service.

The eeBrake platform is designed around precise pad motion, fast wheel removal, and simple adjustment. The pivoting cable adjuster helps maintain cable alignment through the brake stroke, while the pad carrier system allows quick changes between carbon and aluminum rim brake pads when needed.
Brake Pad And Rim Compatibility
Carbon-compatible brake pads are included. Aluminum rim pads are available separately. The brake is designed for 19-28mm external rim widths and 39-49mm short-reach road brake applications.
