The Extralite CyberRear SP Road Hub brings elite-level precision and ultralight performance to rim brake wheelset builds. Weighing just ~134g, it’s crafted in Italy from 7075TXX aluminum with a titanium freehub mechanism. Its dual-pawl, 32t engagement system ensures fast response and exceptional power transfer.
The SP (Straight Pull) configuration enhances tension balance and reduces spoke fatigue for high-performance wheel builds. The Micro-Tuner bearing preload system allows perfect adjustment with minimal friction, while available ceramic bearing upgrades (HDC or XD15) further improve durability and efficiency.
Compatible with Shimano/SRAM 11-speed, XDR, and Campagnolo (N3W) freehubs, the CyberRear SP combines stiffness, smoothness, and reliability at one of the lowest weights in its class.

Due to the lightweight construction of Extralite hubs, it is recommended that service be performed at frequent intervals to ensure proper function and the longest possible wear life of the internal components. Detailed service instructions can be found here. We recommend Extralite's Alugrease or Buzzy's Slick Honey for proper and effective lubrication of the seals and freehub mechanism.
